Full Description
The TILELLI Project 2026 is a youth training program aimed at strengthening citizen participation and public policy engagement among young people in the Souss-Massa region.
Organized by Fondation Tounarouz in partnership with Migration et Développement, the program equips participants with practical skills to develop and present advisory opinions to decision-makers.
Through a hybrid format combining in-person training in Agadir and remote mentoring, participants will learn how to analyze public issues, formulate recommendations, and contribute to civic dialogue.

Eligibility
Applicants must:
Be 18–30 years old
Be residents of the Souss-Massa region
Show interest in citizen participation, governance, or social impact
Be willing to commit to all program activities
